Our Process

Drawing

Based on the customer’s design drawings, we will communicate and discuss the design details and feasibility with our in-house engineers, as well as the specific project requirements, and then finalize the design drawings prior to production.

Numerical Control Machines

Efficiently produce holes, contours, and various types of sheet metal forming on sheet metal

Bending Machine

Flat sheet metal parts are bent to the desired angle by applying pressure with the upper and lower dies of a press brake, transforming flat sheet metal into three-dimensional structural components..

Welding

By using high temperatures to melt the base material or filler material, two or more parts are joined together to form a sheet metal assembly.

Press Riveting

Using a riveting machine, fasteners such as rivet nuts, rivet screws, and rivet studs are pressed into pre-drilled holes in sheet metal. The fasteners interlock with the sheet metal through compression, forming a secure threaded connection.

Spraying Process

In a powder coating production line, “pre-treatment” refers to the stage in which contaminants on the workpiece’s surface—such as oxidation layers, rust, grease, and dust—are thoroughly removed, allowing the powder coating or paint to bond firmly to the metal surface with strong adhesion, thereby improving the workpiece’s performance.
